How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

First Class (USPS) Shipping is always free on domestic orders above $50.

Shipping on domestic orders less than $50 is $3.99 for 1st Class, $6.95 for USPS Priority.

Shipping on Australian orders is $49.10.

Sorry, no local pickup available at this time.

Please report any missing items to us within 2 days of receiving your order. If any contents are missing or a manufacturer's defect is discovered, any applicable warranties must be used to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the items to factory specifications.

We cannot ship partial orders, so your order will be held until all items are ready to ship.

Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer in order to comply with the terms of the warranty.

If your package was damaged in shipment please take a digital photo of the damage and email it to us with your order number and comments. We will work with you on a replacement shipment.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. However, we cannot accept returns on e-juice as it is made for your specific order. If the flavor of your juice is not what you expect please consider steeping. Information is available online as well as a link in our FAQ section.

Cartomizers, batteries, tanks, atomizers and Provari units cannot be returned unless they are in new and unopened condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for return shipment and to ship the product safely back to us once we agree on the return. Do not return any item(s) without authorization from ProvariFuel.com. We recommend sending items back using insurance as well as requiring a signature confirmation so that you have documentation that your product was returned. If you receive a defective piece of hardware you have 30 days from the date your product was ordered to contact us with your problem. There is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, from ProvariFuel.com beyond 30 days unless provided by the manufacturer and you will need to work them to resolve your issue. Please contact us with questions or concerns if you have a problem.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
