We ship all domestic orders by USPS. International orders will ship by FedEx. All e-liquids are made to order and typically ship within 4 business days. Domestic shipments over $50 will ship free by USPS 1st Class. Shipments under $50 will ship USPS 1st Class for $3.99. Priority USPS shipping is available on all domestic orders for $6.95. Shipping to Australia by FedEx International Economy is $49.10.

Please report any missing items to us within 2 days of receiving your order. If any contents are missing or a manufacturer's defect is discovered, any applicable warranties must be used to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the items to factory specifications.

We cannot ship partial orders, so your order will be held until all items are ready to ship.

Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer in order to comply with the terms of the warranty.

If your package was damaged in shipment please take a digital photo of the damage and email it to us with your order number and comments. We will work with you on a replacement shipment.


We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. However, we cannot accept returns on e-juice as it is made for your specific order. If the flavor of your juice is not what you expect please consider steeping. Information is available online as well as a link in our FAQ section. Cartomizers, batteries, tanks, atomizers and Provari units cannot be returned unless they are in new and unopened condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for return shipment and to ship the product safely back to us once we agree on the return. Do not return any item(s) without authorization from We recommend sending items back using insurance as well as requiring a signature confirmation so that you have documentation that your product was returned. If you receive a defective piece of hardware you have 30 days from the date your product was ordered to contact us with your problem. There is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, from beyond 30 days unless provided by the manufacturer and you will need to work them to resolve your issue. Please contact us with questions or concerns if you have a problem.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
